Your First Visit: New Dental Patient Information
Our team will greet you at the front desk, help you complete your paperwork, and escort you back to the treatment room. Dr. Snarr will ask a few questions to get to know you better and to learn more about what your current oral health concerns are. After a thorough examination and gentle cleaning, he’ll give you a direct, upfront recommendation for further treatment. He’ll make sure you fully understand the situation and the costs involved before asking you for a decision.
Patient Forms
You’re probably already familiar with the forms you need to fill out whenever you visit a new dental office for the first time. These forms will give us some insight into your current oral health situation as well as any past issues that might be relevant to your care today.
